We’re Georgia and Shiniqua, We met in 2021 and soon realised that we were strongly aligned with our shared passions for entrepreneurship and self-development through physical and mental wellbeing.

Many discussions were had to open a studio that not only gave the feel of luxury but also catered to our fitness needs. Hence came the idea of Outskulpted Studios, a brand that is tailored to the niche demographic that is ever growing in Leeds and that is a true representation of what we feel passionate about.

I’m Bianca, the Social Media and Partnerships Manager at Outskulpted! I am working towards my degree in International Business and Marketing. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and as someone who trains for Hyrox & Crossfit - I’ve found Pilates to be the perfect balance, helping me build strength, endurance, and mobility.

I love creating content that showcases our gorgeous studio and forming partnerships that help grow our brand while inspiring others to stay active and strong.

I'm Laila and I am a Level 3 certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor.

Having been passionate about all things health and fitness for many years, I love trying new workouts but I'm also a big advocate for balance and love an Aperol in the sun and baking. In 2017, I found my love for Pilates whilst living in Australia and have been hooked ever since!

I'm a firm believer in finding exercise that you enjoy and that you want to do. So my aim is to bring you some fun but spicy workouts! In my classes, you can expect hip-hop and R&B beats with a side of the legendary Pilates burns and shakes.

Hello! I’m Erna, originally from Hong Kong and now based in Leeds to advance my dance training. As a Level 3 Certified Pilates instructor, I’m passionate about wellness and anatomy.

I’ve found my love for Pilates and the reformer, key for injury prevention and building strength for dance.

Since incorporating Pilates into my routine, l've experienced a remarkable positive shift in my overall wellbeing. By making time for movement, not only does it create a stronger body, but I love the confidence and mental mind shift that comes with it.

The more I practice, the more I feel the benefits in my own body, the more I love and believe in finding movement that you enjoy.. And the more I want others to experience the same, and so here my teaching journey comes to life.

My classes aim to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body with a focus on mind-body connection. I encourage you to turn inward, to feel more connected to yourself. I like to set an intention at the start of class - the mind body aspect helps with focus, inner calm, and concentration.

Coming to a class isn’t about perfection - it’s about showing up, making time for yourself and your body. Participation is something to be proud of!

I fell in love with pilates while living in Australia- I love how it makes you feel mentally and physically.

After being a high level gymnastics coach for many years, I am so excited to share my pilates journey with you!!

Pilates is more than just exercise, pilates continues to inspire me, reminding me of the incredible capabilities of the human body.
